Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the 東歐嚴選｜kefir.link affiliate program, you agree to these terms.

Who can join

  • You need a member account on our website and must be at least 18 years old.

    Commission

    • The default commission is 10% of the order amount. If your affiliate dashboard shows a personal rate, that rate applies.

    • Commission is calculated after discounts and excluding shipping. If an order is cancelled or returned, its commission is removed.

    • When a customer clicks your personal link, it is remembered for 7 days. If that customer has never ordered from us before, their first order within those 7 days earns you commission.

    • Customers who have ordered from us before do not earn commission. A new customer’s later orders, including subscription renewals, do not earn commission either, even if they click your link again. Affiliates earn commission only; referral points do not apply.

    • Orders that use the same member account, email address or phone number count as the same customer.

    • If a customer clicks links from several affiliates, the last link clicked counts.

    • Your own orders do not earn commission. Orders that use your own email address or phone number count as your own orders.

    • Commission that breaks these rules is removed before payout.

      Payouts

      • Commission is settled monthly and paid to your bank account.

      • You can withdraw once your balance reaches NT$500.

      • If the partnership ends, confirmed unpaid commission is still paid to you.

        Samples and promotional materials

Approved affiliates may receive free samples and can ask customer service for promotional materials.

        Promotion rules

        • Clearly mark the partnership when you share, for example “#ad” or “this post contains an affiliate link”.

        • Your content must follow the food labelling and advertising rules of Taiwan’s Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. Do not mention body organs or therapeutic effects, and do not claim that products prevent or treat disease. Ask our customer service if you are unsure.

        • Do not send spam or use false, misleading or fraudulent methods. If you break these rules, we may end your affiliate status.

          Affiliate dashboard

After registering you can get your personal link in the dashboard, create links for specific products, and see visitors, clicks, conversions and commission records.

          Changes and termination

          • We may change these terms at any time. The updated terms apply from the moment they are published on this page.

          • You may leave the program at any time. If we end the partnership, we will tell you by email.

            Other

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Questions are welcome via LINE @642sgfta or info@kefir.link.

</trp-tag>
