What we collect.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>name, email, phone and address<\/li>\n<li>order and payment records (we do not store full card numbers)<\/li>\n<li>account, points and referral records<\/li>\n<li>customer service and AI chat conversations<\/li>\n<li>browsing data and cookies<\/li>\n<li>affiliates&#8217; bank details for payouts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. How long, where, who and how.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>How long:<\/strong> while your account exists, or as long as the purpose requires. Transaction records are kept as accounting law requires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where:<\/strong> in Taiwan and in the countries where our service providers or their servers are (for example the US, Singapore and Hong Kong).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who receives it:<\/strong> service providers that help us run the shop:<\/li>\n<li>hosting: Kinsta<\/li>\n<li>payments: TapPay, LINE Pay<\/li>\n<li>delivery: HCT, Black Cat (T-cat), 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, SF Express (for Hong Kong orders we share recipient details with SF Express)<\/li>\n<li>parcel tracking: TrackShip<\/li>\n<li>email: Brevo<\/li>\n<li>customer management: Groundhogg, running on our own server<\/li>\n<li>analytics and advertising: Google, Meta (Facebook). We send hashed email and phone for advertising measurement.<\/li>\n<li>AI chat: AI model providers reached through OpenRouter<\/li>\n<li><strong>How:<\/strong> electronically, shared with the providers above for the purposes listed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Your rights.<\/strong> Under Art. 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ask to see your data<\/li>\n<li>ask for a copy<\/li>\n<li>ask us to correct or complete it<\/li>\n<li>ask us to stop collecting or using it<\/li>\n<li>ask us to delete it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email info@kefir.link. Data the law requires us to keep is excluded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Marketing.<\/strong> Use &#8220;unsubscribe&#8221; in any marketing email or email us. Order notifications continue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. If you don&#8217;t provide data.<\/strong> We cannot process an order without the details it needs (name, phone, address).<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.
