Can I add additional items to my subscription order have them shipped together?

Unfortunately no. Subscription plans are offered at a discounted price because we are able to plan production and fermentation in advance based on the confirmed subscription quantities. These processes require at least 48 hours, including ingredient preparation and fermentation time. Since both the products and quantities are fixed to ensure a more efficient packing and shipping process, we are unable to add extra items before the shipment.

If you would like to purchase additional products, we recommend placing a separate regular order, which will be processed according to our standard shipping schedule.

Can I re-subscribe immediately after cancellation?

No. Please wait at least 24 hours before creating a new subscription.

Our system requires time to fully sync and update subscription status.
Re-subscribing within 24 hours may cause system confusion, order errors, or shipping issues.

Can I change my subscription details (credit card, delivery address, delivery frequency), or request to delay or pause my subscription?

To ensure smooth fermentation scheduling and shipping operations,
👉 any of the following requests will require the subscription to be cancelled directly:

  • Change of credit card information
  • Change of delivery address
  • Change of delivery frequency
  • Request to delay shipment
  • Request to pause the subscription

After cancellation, if you wish to subscribe again,
please make sure to wait at least 24 hours before placing a new subscription.

Re-subscribing immediately after cancellation may result in system errors, order abnormalities, or shipping confusion,
which could affect actual shipment arrangements.

Why can’t I find the option to cancel my subscription?

If you are unable to find the “Cancel Subscription” button in your account, it’s usually because your subscription has not reached the minimum required number of shipments.

Our subscription plan offers a much lower price than regular retail, so the system requires:
➡️ At least 2 shipments must be completed before cancellation is available.
If only one shipment has been sent, the system will automatically lock the cancellation option.
