How can I change the delivery frequency of my subscription, for example from once every three weeks to once a week?

Please visit the subscription policy page and follow the instructions to cancel your current subscription. After that, you can place a new order with new delivery frequency.

How can I change the address for my subscription order?

Please visit the subscription policy page and follow the instructions to cancel your current subscription. After that, you can place a new order using your updated address.

Why can’t I find the option to cancel my subscription?

If you are unable to find the “Cancel Subscription” button in your account, it’s usually because your subscription has not reached the minimum required number of shipments.

Our subscription plan offers a much lower price than regular retail, so the system requires:
➡️ At least 2 shipments must be completed before cancellation is available.
If only one shipment has been sent, the system will automatically lock the cancellation option.
