No need. As long as you place order under the same email address, it will be considered as the same account. Then points will be collected automatically.

I didn’t sign up as a member last time while purchasing, what can I collect those points now?

Firstly, sign up as a member now using the same email address you used last time. Website link here.

And then log in and place more orders under the account. As long as you use the same email address, all the points will be collected under the same email account.

I already placed the order but there’s no points under my account?

A. Reward points are automatically credited to your account once the order is completed. You will be able to see them in your account after the order has been shipped.

B. If your order includes a subscription plan or bulk purchase of water kefir, please note that these items are already offered at a discounted price and are therefore not eligible for earning or redeeming reward points. Thank you for your understanding.
