What is water kefir?
Kefir, fermented with fruit and flowers
Water kefir is water fermented with water kefir grains, dried fruit and flowers: probiotics you drink. It tastes lightly sweet and tart with a fine natural fizz, and is very refreshing ice-cold. Like kombucha it is fermented, but not from tea: no caffeine, just a gentle tang.

Which box suits you, and how often should it come?
Choose how many cans your household drinks a day. We work out the box and interval that fit, and draw how many cans stay in your fridge.
How much fridge space?
Standing upright in a regular home fridge, 20 cans take about a third of one shelf. A can is about 15 cm tall, so it fits on a normal shelf.

1At checkout, pick when your first box arrives
Choose your box and interval, log in (first-time buyers can create an account at checkout), enter your delivery details and pay by credit or debit card. The calendar at checkout lists the dates you can pick.
2Your first box arrives chilled
Choose HCT chilled home delivery: it ships free.
3Keep it cold and open a can whenever you like
Put the cans upright in the fridge when they arrive. The next box comes by itself at the interval you chose; you don’t need to reorder.
4On the charge date, your next box is ordered for you
The charge date is the day we order your next box for you: a new order is created and the same card is charged. The expected ship and arrival dates are in My account › My subscriptions.
The charge date is not the delivery date: on that day the card you used at checkout is charged and your next box is ordered.
Life changes? Adjust it yourself on your phone
You can change it yourself in My account › My subscriptions. Tap a situation and the phone shows which button to press.
Press Change next date to move your next charge later (or earlier); the earliest choice is tomorrow. Deliveries then continue from the new date at the same interval.
Press Pause deliveries. While paused, no orders are placed and nothing is charged; when you are back, choose a date and it starts again from then.
Press Change how often and choose every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. The next charge date already scheduled stays the same, and so does the price of each box.
Press Change address or delivery to update your address or switch to Black Cat 7-ELEVEN chilled pickup. Before you save, the screen shows the new shipping fee.
After your 2nd payment, press Cancel subscription and confirm. Nothing more is charged; orders already placed still ship. If you just need a break, pause instead.
Change it two working days ahead
Please make changes at least two working days before the next shipment. An order already placed ships as arranged; your change applies from the next box.

Repeat delivery is charged automatically to a credit or debit card.

When your box arrives
Put the whole box in the fridge
Chill the whole box as soon as it arrives, with the earliest dates at the front to drink first.
Refrigerate at 1–7°C, don’t freeze
Upright, at the back of the fridge. No more than 2 hours out of it: warmth speeds up fermentation and adds fizz.
Don’t shake; open slowly
The fine bubbles come from the live cultures. Chill it well, don’t shake it, pull the tab slowly and pause at the hiss to let the bubbles settle.
Once open, finish it soon
330 ml is just right for one go, and it tastes best cold.
Floating bits or sediment are normal
They come from natural fermentation: a sign the cultures are alive.
The date is on the can
Drink it by that date; it gets more tart and fizzy as the date nears.
Allergens
The osmanthus flavor contains mango. Made in a facility whose equipment also handles milk.

How long does a box keep?
Unopened at 1–7°C it keeps for 35 days; the date is printed on each can. It keeps fermenting slowly in the fridge, so it gets more tart and fizzy toward the date; drink the earliest dates first.

Yes, both the 20-can and the 30-can box. Choose Black Cat 7-ELEVEN chilled pickup at checkout and pick a nearby store; you get an SMS when it arrives, so please collect it soon. If you buy two or more boxes, each box is sent as its own parcel.
Is it vegan? What about children and older people?
Yes. Water kefir is fermented in water, the can is marked vegan and it has no caffeine: fine for adults and older people, and for children over one with no special dietary restrictions. If you are pregnant or follow a special diet, ask your doctor first. The facility’s equipment also handles milk, so take care if you have a severe milk allergy.
What if something is wrong? Can I return it?
Water kefir is a perishable chilled food, so by law the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. If it arrives defective, wrong or damaged, send photos of the parcel and product to LINE @642sgfta within 72 hours; we will resend or refund and cover the shipping.
