Log in, enter your delivery details and pay by credit or debit card. The calendar on the checkout page shows the dates you can choose; pick the day your first kefir should arrive.
Your soy kefir arrives chilled where you chose
The parcel stays chilled all the way to your home or to the 7-ELEVEN store you chose. Put the bottles in the fridge as soon as they arrive.
On the charge date, your next order is placed automatically
The charge date is the day we order your next kefir for you. On that day a new order is created automatically and charged to the same card. You do not need to do anything.

You can see when your next kefir is expected to ship and arrive in My account › My subscriptions.
Steps 3 and 4 repeat on every charge date until you pause or cancel.
The charge date is not the delivery date: on that day, the credit or debit card you used at checkout is charged.

You can make changes yourself in My account › My subscriptions, without contacting us. Tap any situation below and the phone shows which button to press.

Changing the date or interval, or pausing and resuming, never changes your subscription price. Please make changes at least two working days before the next shipment. An order that has already been placed ships as arranged, and your change applies from the next one.

After your 2nd payment, press Cancel subscription on the same page and confirm. Nothing more is charged after that; orders already placed still ship. If you just need a break, pause instead.

Fermented from unsweetened soy milk made with non-GMO soybeans, with a fresh tang and fine bubbles. The original has no added sugar, just 1.4 g a bottle. The live cultures support digestion and regularity.

Soy milk has no lactose. So what do the cultures eat?
In milk, kefir cultures feed on lactose; soy milk has none. The answer is a prebiotic.

Ways to drink it and cook with it
Overnight oats
Pour it over oats the night before, add some fruit and keep it in the fridge. Breakfast is ready in the morning.
Fruit smoothie
Blend it with banana, strawberries or spinach. Add a little honey if you like it sweeter.
For the vegetarians at home
Lacto-vegetarian family members can enjoy it too: one bottle each.
Refrigerate as soon as it arrives, and finish it before the date on the cap.
- Storage temperature
- Keep it refrigerated below 4°C; it tastes best cold. Once open, close it, keep it cold and finish within 3 days.
- Unopened shelf life
- Unopened, it keeps 14 days in the fridge, counted from the day it is bottled; the date is printed on the cap. It is mildest in the first 7 days, then the tang and bubbles grow.
- Opening the bottle
- Open it well chilled, turning the cap slowly to let the gas out, then close it and shake gently. The clear soy whey on top settles naturally; a shake makes it smooth again.

What if something is wrong with my delivery?
Take a few photos, keep the product and packaging, and message us on LINE @642sgfta within 72 hours of receiving it. We will put it right for you.
How do returns work for fresh food?
Kefir is a fresh refrigerated food with a short shelf life, so the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply. If anything is wrong with the product, tell us as described above and we will put it right.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Soy milk kefir is labelled lacto-vegetarian. Now and then the kefir grains go back into milk to stay strong; we rinse them before they ferment the soy milk, but traces of milk may remain. Lacto- and lacto-ovo vegetarians can enjoy it; if you eat vegan, try our water kefir, fermented in water.
Can children and pregnant women drink it?
Children over one can have it. If you are pregnant or follow a special diet, ask your doctor first.
Want fruit flavors, or other products too?
The subscription brings the original. For fruit flavors, order them on the soy milk kefir page; they ship on their own. To change the product or quantity in your subscription, message us on LINE and we will help you adjust it.
Can I pay with a different card?
Yes. Each payment uses the card from your first checkout. To switch, after your 2nd payment, cancel the current subscription and subscribe again with the new card. The new subscription uses the prices and delivery fees at that time.
How do member points work?
Member points are earned and used on regular orders. To use points on other products, check them out separately from your subscription.
