What this subscription includes

14 bottles of soy kefir, 240g each, every 2 weeks. Each subscription requires at least two paid orders (including the first order) before cancellation.

The product price is shown on this page and at checkout. Shipping is calculated for your chosen refrigerated service. Choose an available first-delivery date from the checkout calendar. Check your order and carrier notifications for actual arrival information.

Starting and managing your subscription

Register or log in, choose a delivery service and available date, then pay by card at checkout. New orders and automatic card payments follow your scheduled renewal dates. LINE Pay, cash on delivery and bank transfer are not available for subscriptions.

Under My account → My subscriptions, you can adjust the renewal interval or date, pause or resume, and change the recipient details or available refrigerated delivery service. Changing the interval does not automatically change the next renewal date. To resume, first choose a date from tomorrow onward.

These changes keep your existing subscription product price. When changing delivery, review the shipping charge and total per renewal first. Existing orders are unchanged. Please make changes at least two working days in advance and before the next renewal charge.

For home delivery, enter the full address on one line, including the floor. For Black Cat refrigerated 7-ELEVEN pickup, enter a store that accepts refrigerated parcels. Subscriptions do not use standard room-temperature convenience-store delivery.

Cancellation, card changes and other details

After at least two paid orders (including the first order), select Cancel subscription on the subscription page and confirm. Complete this at least two working days before the next shipment and before the next renewal charge. Cancellation only stops future renewals; existing orders are not automatically cancelled or refunded, and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

The card cannot be changed directly because the subscription uses the payment authorisation from checkout. To use another card, cancel the original subscription once it is eligible, then create a new subscription with the new card. The new subscription uses the current prices and shipping charges. The subscription page also does not support product or quantity changes, or adding items for combined shipping.

Subscriptions neither earn nor redeem member points. If there is a problem with the product received, keep the product and packaging, take photos and contact us on LINE @642sgfta within three days of receipt so we can check and help.

Soy kefir has a shelf life of 14 days and is best consumed within 7 days. Choose a delivery interval that suits how much you drink.

Subscription payment

Subscriptions accept only the credit or debit card options offered at checkout. LINE Pay, cash on delivery and bank transfers are not available for subscriptions.

Each renewal automatically charges the payment method set up for the subscription and creates an order. If payment fails, follow the notification or contact us for help.

Cards cannot currently be changed on the subscription management page because the subscription uses the payment authorization set up at checkout. To use another card, cancel the original subscription once it is eligible, then subscribe again with the new card. The new subscription uses the price available at that time. Existing orders are not cancelled by this change.

Subscription service terms

Refrigerated subscription delivery

All subscription products require refrigerated delivery. Available options are shown at checkout and include HCT refrigerated home delivery, Black Cat refrigerated home delivery and Black Cat refrigerated delivery to a 7-ELEVEN store for pickup. Regular room-temperature convenience-store shipping is not available.

Shipping fees and supported delivery areas are shown at checkout. When changing a subscription delivery method, review the shipping fee and total per renewal before saving.

For home delivery, enter the full address, including the floor, in one field. For Black Cat refrigerated 7-ELEVEN pickup, enter the store name. Both options require the recipient’s name and mobile number.

The renewal date is when payment is charged and the next order is created; it is not the arrival date. Check the subscription page for estimated shipping and delivery dates. For the first order, choose from the checkout calendar. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier schedules, holidays or weather.

After shipment, check My orders or the subscription’s order history for the tracking number and tracking link. For store pickup, collect the parcel within the deadline in the arrival notice and refrigerate it immediately after collection.

Kefir is a perishable refrigerated food with a short shelf life and is not covered by the seven-day cooling-off period. If you receive the wrong product, a defective product or a product damaged in transit, please contact us for help.
