- affiliates’ bank details for payouts
4. How long, where, who and how.
- How long: while your account exists, or as long as the purpose requires. Transaction records are kept as accounting law requires.
- Where: in Taiwan and in the countries where our service providers or their servers are (for example the US, Singapore and Hong Kong).
- Who receives it: service providers that help us run the shop:

- payments: TapPay, LINE Pay
- delivery: HCT, Black Cat (T-cat), 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, SF Express (for Hong Kong orders we share recipient details with SF Express)
- parcel tracking: TrackShip
- email: Brevo
- customer management: Groundhogg, running on our own server
- analytics and advertising: Google, Meta (Facebook). We send hashed email and phone for advertising measurement.
- AI chat: AI model providers reached through OpenRouter
- How: electronically, shared with the providers above for the purposes listed.
5. Your rights. Under Art. 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may:
- ask to see your data
- ask for a copy
- ask us to correct or complete it
- ask us to stop collecting or using it
- ask us to delete it

6. Marketing. Use “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or email us. Order notifications continue.
7. If you don’t provide data. We cannot process an order without the details it needs (name, phone, address).

- measure the site and our advertising
- track referrals (the referral cookie lasts 7 days)
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
9. Security. We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
