At checkout, choose when your first kefir arrives
Log in, enter your delivery details and pay by credit or debit card. The calendar on the checkout page shows the dates you can choose; pick the day your first kefir should arrive.
Both kinds arrive chilled, together, where you chose
The milk kefir and soy milk kefir come in one parcel, chilled all the way to your home or to the 7-ELEVEN store you chose. Put the bottles in the fridge as soon as they arrive.
On the charge date, your next order is placed automatically
The charge date is the day we order your next kefir for you. On that day a new order is created automatically and charged to the same card. You do not need to do anything.

You can see when your next kefir is expected to ship and arrive in My account › My subscriptions.
Steps 3 and 4 repeat on every charge date until you pause or cancel.
The charge date is not the delivery date: on that day, the credit or debit card you used at checkout is charged.

You can make changes yourself in My account › My subscriptions, without contacting us. Tap any situation below and the phone shows which button to press.

Changing the date or interval, or pausing and resuming, never changes your subscription price. Please make changes at least two working days before the next shipment. An order that has already been placed ships as arranged, and your change applies from the next one.

After your 2nd payment, press Cancel subscription on the same page and confirm. Nothing more is charged after that; orders already placed still ship. If you just need a break, pause instead.

Soy milk has no lactose, so the soy milk kefir has added inulin (a prebiotic, listed as chicory fiber) to feed the kefir cultures.

Ways to drink it and cook with it
With a Taiwanese breakfast
Swap your breakfast soy milk for a bottle of soy milk kefir. It goes well with a dan bing or a rice ball.
Fruit smoothie
Blend milk kefir with banana, strawberries or mango. You do not need sugar; the fruit makes it sweet.
For the vegetarians at home
If someone at home is lacto-vegetarian, everyone can share the soy milk kefir: one bottle each.
Refrigerate as soon as it arrives, and finish it before the date on the cap.
- Storage temperature
- Keep both below 4°C; 2–4°C is best. Stand the bottles upright on an inner shelf, away from the door. Once open, close the cap, keep it cold and finish within 3 days.
- Unopened shelf life
- Counted from the day it is bottled, milk kefir keeps 21 days and soy milk kefir 14 days; the date is printed on each cap. So drink the soy milk kefir first. Fermentation continues in the fridge, so the taste becomes more tart over time.
- Opening the bottle
- Open it well chilled and without shaking, turning the cap slowly to let the gas out. The fine bubbles come from the live cultures and show it is fresh. On soy milk kefir, the clear soy whey on top settles naturally; close the cap and shake gently.

What if something is wrong with my delivery?
Take a few photos, keep the product and packaging, and message us on LINE @642sgfta within 72 hours of receiving it. We will put it right for you.
How do returns work for fresh food?
Kefir is a fresh refrigerated food with a short shelf life, so the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply. If anything is wrong with the product, tell us as described above and we will put it right.
Want a different mix of bottles?
This plan is always 4 bottles of milk kefir and 6 bottles of soy milk kefir. If you want only one kind, choose the milk kefir subscription (8 bottles each time) or the soy milk kefir subscription (14 bottles each time).
Can children and pregnant women drink it?
Children over one can have it. If you are pregnant or follow a special diet, ask your doctor first.
Want fruit flavors, or other products too?
The subscription brings the originals. Fruit flavors are on the product pages. If you check them out together with the subscription, they come with your first delivery; later deliveries bring only the subscription. To change the product or quantity in your subscription, message us on LINE and we will help you adjust it.
Can I pay with a different card?
Yes. Each payment uses the card from your first checkout. To switch, after your 2nd payment, cancel the current subscription and subscribe again with the new card. The new subscription uses the prices and delivery fees at that time.
