• Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. The option to select a preferred delivery date on our website is provided only for your convenience, but it is an estimated time and cannot be guaranteed with 100% accuracy. In practice, around 90% of orders arrive as scheduled, but some may be delayed due to circumstances such as weather conditions, high holiday shipping volume, incorrect address or phone details, the recipient not being at home, or unanswered calls from the driver.

• Drivers will contact you at the phone number provided with your order, so please make sure to answer. If delivery fails more than three times, the package will be returned. Once returned, Eastern Europe Select will deduct necessary costs (such as shipping fees or products that have expired due to delays) before issuing a refund. We kindly ask for your understanding.

• As a small shop dedicated to making kefir, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. If you require strict control over delivery timing, we recommend choosing self-paid Black Cat Home Delivery to 7-11 pickup, or purchasing directly from one of our partner stores. This will help avoid unsuccessful deliveries or returns caused by logistics.

2️⃣Black Cat refrigerated carrier｜NT$160-225｜Not suitable for $899 free shipping｜

• Self-paid Service: $160–$225 (not eligible for free shipping over $899)

• For this option, you may specify both the delivery date and time slot (before 1:00 PM, or between 2:00–6:00 PM). The driver will do their best to accommodate your request, but please note that it still cannot be guaranteed with 100% accuracy. As with standard delivery, about 90% of orders arrive as requested, but delays may still occur due to factors such as weather, holiday shipping volume, incorrect recipient information, absence at the delivery address, or unanswered calls.

3️⃣ 7-11 refrigerated in-store pickup=Black Cat refrigerated carrier｜NT$160-225元｜$10 store transfer handling fee

• Please choose【Black Cat Refrigerated Carrier】 as the shipping method, not convience in-store pickup. And fill in the 7-11 address and store name of the delivery in the notes.
• After the package arrives at 7-11, a text message will be sent to your phone, with 7-11 address, package tracking number, and other information. Then you can go and pick up the package.
• When picking up the item in-store, an additional $10 store transfer handling fee charged by 7-Eleven will apply.
• Please pick up package within 4 days. Since this service is between the Black Cat and the recipient, if the package is lost or the recipient fails to pick up the goods within the time limit, resulting in a return, we are unable to send package again.
