Terms and Conditions for Subscription Services

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By subscribing to our products, you agree to the terms and conditions (‘Terms’) set out herein. We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time, and will provide notice of significant changes on our website. Your continued subscription following the posting of changes to the Terms will represent your acceptance of those changes.
  2. Subscription: As a subscriber, you will receive the selected product(s) on a recurring basis depending on the subscription type you choose (weekly, bi-weekly, or every 3 weeks). The first package will be sent out same day or the next working day following your purchase. Subsequent packages will be shipped out on Mondays according to your subscription type.
  3. Payments:  First payment will occur on first coming Monday. For subsequent packages customers will be charged every Monday for weekly subscriptions, every second Monday for bi-weekly subscriptions and every 3rd Monday for 3 weeks subscription.
  4. Delivery: Deliveries will only be made to the address provided at the time of subscription. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that this address is accurate and up to date.
  5. Changes to Subscription: Subscribers may modify their subscription details, including the subscription type, products subscribed to, and delivery address, at any time through our website. Changes made after a charge has been processed will only take effect from the next billing cycle.
  6. Cancellations: Once the subscription is confirmed, at least two shipments are required before cancellation is allowed. Early termination is not accepted. Subscribers may cancel their subscription through our website. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 2 working days (48 hours) before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery.
  7. Product Availability: In the event that any of the products in your subscription are unavailable, we will provide a refund for the unavailable product(s).
  8. Allergen Information: While we take all necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. Subscribers with allergies are advised to consult the product information provided on our website before subscribing
  9. Unable to accumulate membership points: The subscription system already enjoys special discounts, so additional membership shopping points cannot be accumulated.

如需查詢進度、修改地址等等,請您直接聯繫物流客服,我們無法代為處理。

⚠️注意事項

  • 物流在投遞失敗 3 次(無人收件、電話未接、地址錯誤等)將自動退回

  • 退貨商品經我們收到後,會扣除必要行政與物流費用,再為您辦理退款。

  • 若無法接受以上配送與退款規則,請勿下單,以免造成雙方困擾。
