• Ship within 3 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays)
• You can specify receipt date and time (delivery before 1 pm or 2-6 pm). The drivers will try their best, but there is no guarantee.
• If you want to specify the receipt date, please make purchase at least 2 days in advance.
• No working on Sundays.
• Working on national holidays, but you can not specify receipt date and time. And doesn’t gurantee next day delivery.

3️⃣ 7-11 refrigerated in-store pickup=Black Cat refrigerated carrier｜NT$160-225元

• Please choose【Black Cat Refrigerated Carrier】 as the shipping method, not convience in-store pickup. And fill in the 7-11 address and store name of the delivery in the notes.
• After the package arrives at 7-11, a text message will be sent to your phone, with 7-11 address, package tracking number, and other information. Then you can go and pick up the package.
• A 【transfer processing fee】is compulsory, which is currently waived during the promotion period. However, when the promotion period will end and the amount of future handling fees, please refer to the Black Cat website.
• Please pick up package within 4 days. Since this service is between the Black Cat and the recipient, if the package is lost or the recipient fails to pick up the goods within the time limit, resulting in a return, we are unable to send package again.
